They were very professional and understanding when I needed to postpone my stay due to health reasons. All went well, they made sure I have no problems with reservation and allowed no extra charges. We decided to come back every winter. They also offer a diverse and rich breakfast & dinner. Hotel is located walking distance from mystic Heviz thermal lake, there are also cute shopping streets and a great gallery with many beautiful paintings from local artists.

È un albergo molto particolare in una vecchia dimora storica ristrutturata. È molto bello e ci ritorno sempre molto volentieri. Ampik parcheggio e staff cordialissimo. Sconsiglio i periodi di festa con più affollamento.

The staff is very proactive, helpful, cares about kids. Breakfast and supper are highly recommended. The food is both very healthy and tasty , high quality and menu is slightly changing every day. Best regards to the chef ! Kids menu and places for attraction - even in the canteen area ! Playgrounds and attractions all over the vast hotel area. Crafts sessions. Evening music auditions. Tennis court. Table games room. Climbing park is also worth mentioning - superb. The swimming zone: for toddlers , outside, inside , for juniors, rooms for clothing, lockers, silent spa, numerous saunas,... you name it. The rooms.... my daughter was very happy with a separate great kid room. The bathing room is spacious, easy to wash the kinds of all ages. Perhaps , I forgot something, but , this is the place worth many many more "thank you"

Da 10 anni andiamo alle Terme di Zalakaros, da 2 anni al Park Inn. Struttura Eccezionale, Staff impeccabile nella professionalità. Non si può chiedere di meglio per una vacanza relax. Consiglio a molti italiani di visitare questo meraviglioso paese che è l'Ungheria.

È la terza volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo: camere confortevoli e abbastanza ben insonorizzate (tutte le sere vi è intrattenimento musicale, ma una volta chiusa la porta in camera non si sente nulla) , pulizia ottima in ogni dove, area spa ♨ tranquilla e ben organizzata, colazione e cena a buffet ottime, inoltre la posizione dell'hotel in area tranquilla con tutto il parco attorno, dove poter passeggiare e a qualche minuto a piedi dal centro di Hévíz, tuttavia...

Hotel was amazing, stuff was friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools were excellent, water was warm enough even for me and for my kids. Hotel is situated close to Heviz therme, cca 10min of walk. We had half board, variety of food was great, food presentation was also nice.

Very good hotel, close to thermal lake and shopping facilities. We had problems finding the hotel parking garage, which is on the road few blocks futher on, but it leads you to hotel. I recommend parking in front of a hotel (for a few minutes to ger parking instructions, quite complicated). Parking isn't for free. Other options is to park on payable open parking places . The hotel has art nouveau glammour, inside swimming pool and very good family suites.
