Excelente servicio por parte de todos los departamentos del hotel! Personal muy amable, cordial, siempre a la disposición! Quedamos 16 noches y de verdad nos sentimos como si fuera nuestra casa. Las habitaciones y servicio de housekeeping en top nivel! El spa y gimnasio buenisimo, amplia oferta de tratamientos corporales y faciales! Plata y zona de piscina espectacular con varias piscinas de diferentes profundidades (especialmente bueno si viaja con bebé/niños como nosotros). Menciones especiales a: Jean, Abu (recepción/conserjería), Hni (Library Café), Marvin, Imam, Markus y la chica que limpia con Markus (me olvide el nombre) (housekeeping), Mackene, Claire, Ali, Supriyo (restaurante Café), Daria (Spa), Marcos (Restaurante Mate), los chicos de seguridad que siempre fueron muy amables con nuestro bebé, y otros que seguro se me ha olvidado mencionar. Gracias por hacer que nuestra estadía sea inolvidable! Seguro que vamos a volver!

Everything was amazing. We were staying during Ramadan, the hotel and pool area was almost empty, it was very quiet. The breakfast was heavenly. The staff was always helpful and kind. The room was spacious, modern, clean with comfy large bed. Definitely comin' back!!

regardless of how great the facilities were, I have been really impressed by the hospitality offered by the resort staff starting with Mr. Abdulhakeem the resort manager to the friendly reception and restaurant staff and my butler Mr. Madu who made sure that every detail i asked for was available. Super welcoming and nice personnel, super smooth check in and thanks to Marc I got an amazing room with the most beautiful sea view and my very own terrace with sunbeds. An amazing beach with white powdery sand and azure water, super nice courtyard bar with live music in the evening and great drinks. Looking forward to come back!

Amazing hotel as usual with Jumeirah. Very good service and kind people. The beach is unique in whole UAE. kids loved the kids club.
