Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you would ever need for a great holiday. Really nice touch that the owner had put water & snacks/coffee etc in the apartment prior to our arrival. And great communication from initial booking, through to arrival, during our stay, then departure.

Great hotel, placed in Protaras area, which has the best beaches in Cyprus. The staff is very friendly, very pleasant and helpful. The food is good, varies from day to day. The rooms are spacious, all new. The area next to the pool is closer to the beach and will suite families and the ones that want to reach the beach quickly. The area in the beginning of the hotel is quiet and will suit couples. All in all, we loved our stay very much, thank you!

Lovely apartments and in a great location in Kapparis, right on the bus route to get into the tourist resort when required.

This apartment has a great advantage that is very close to the main road of Kapparis that we used for all our needs. The owners and the manager were great as they were always responding very fast and also they left us to enter earlier and leave later as they did not had booking the previous and next day.(We did not use the extra time but we appreciated a lot ! )

We feel like we came to the grandfather and grandmother's house not a villa for rent. This villa is not what you can expect trying to find a luxury one, but very nice and cozy. The kitchen is very good-equipped, many items are brand new, the rest - in very good condition. We even have foil, paper for the bakery, and many other items you can't expect to find in the villa for rent. 7-10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to the nearest beach.АндрейSolo traveller
