Our organization with Sayed was fabulous, he was very accommodating & helpful. Sayed also organized an extra Tour for us to Abu Simble. Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Thanks to all our drivers & Tour guides who were very informative & patient .

there are lots of drivers waiting outside your hotel. and they drove away my driver from Careem. they didn't allow us to open the door of my driver's car and hit my driver's car hard with fists and whips for the horse, which made me super angry!!!!!!! some other guests from your hotel also had the same experience!!!!!!

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive Nile View Room which was spacious, well appointed & newly renovated with a beautiful outlook. The pool area was quiet, no issues getting a plush sunlounger & the service was impeccable - the staff are a real credit to Steigenberger. I couldn't recommend more highly & only wish our stay was longer.
