Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to São Paulo. It was excellent. The apartment was so clean and comfortable with everything you could need. We loved the location which felt safe and had lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Check in was simple with great communication from the owner during our stay. We were able to store our bags after check out until our bus later that day.

Gave us complimentary welcome drinks. Jasmine was really friendly & helpful - made the check in process really smooth. The room was lovely, clean & spacious. Overlooking an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was nice & Vinicius was attentive and friendly. We also tried their dinner menu & pool snacks. The food was outstanding.

Difficulty to get an Uber but staff were able to hail yellow taxis easily. Slightly on pricey side but you really get exclusivity with this villa.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, shout out to ricardo and pedro who were so helpful and friendly. Helped with tours, general information and for all our questions about the town.Breakfast was great and again everyone that works there lovely. It is right on the doorstep tp the historic centre, so easy to get around!

Our first room was by the kitchen, when we spoke about this we were moved the next day to what we had bpoked online so no complaints from us!

The people at the reception were friendly and polite. The room had toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The room is like the pics. The announcement said it was for a couple but it is not like that, the bed is small. I liked the common area to work.

The bathroom was dirty, the sink was clogged, had fungus and smelly, the hair dryer didn't work, the toilet had mosquitoes. The kitchen dishwasher was the same, smelly and sink was clogged. I informed the owner, but since my stay was short, I was already leaving, so it wasn't worth cleaning it again. There were no cups for coffee. I think for the price it is better to pay a little more and look for something better.

Good location with restaurants at walking distance and good breakfast with a reasonable value. I also had an opportunity to charge my hybrid car with my own adaptor

The staff was not prepared for my questions about hybrid cars. The room is quite small for large suitcases and same for the bathroom.
