Wonderful place! The apartment is small but perfect for three people. Very well equipped (there is a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine), so we didn't miss anything. Moreover, the apartment is very clean, the owners are nice and helpful. An additional advantage is that you can leave your luggage with the owners after check-out. The apartment is located about a 3-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach and about 30 minutes from the old town (a very charming promenade with lots of benches where you can sit and admire the sea). We highly recommend it, we had a great time ❤️

The location is ideal for visiting nearby famous places (Matera, Alberobello, Bari...). Even the center of Aquaviva delle Fonti itself is less than a 10-minute walk away. Pizzerias, ice cream and restaurants are nearby. Free parking next to the block. The host is helpful and reliable. The apartment is perfect! Clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, with all possible accessories and accessories. There is also enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels... It is not possible to give a rating of less than 10! I strongly recommend!

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! Our host, Luca, welcomed us with open arms and an enthusiastic introduction to Naples' vibrant history, which was absolutely captivating. The apartment itself was comfortable and beautifully appointed, serving as the perfect base from which to explore the city. Luca's passion and knowledge truly enriched our experience, making this not just a place to stay, but a highlight of our visit to Naples.

Our host was a lovey helpful man. He even carried our 2 heavy suitcases UP and DOWN the stairs to and from the apartment. Also, the location was the best of our whole trip with everything in easy walking distance. We would stay there again.

We had to clean the cutlery and glasses before we could use them and there was some black stuff around the shower window. Also, we couldn't get the coffee machine in the room to work. We found the bed a bit soft for us as we like a really firm mattress.

Stella is a great professionnal like there is not many nowadays in the hotel industry, she is taking really great care of the hotel hosts. The hotel feels from another time but in a good way, it was very quiet and nice.

Difficult to find, poor communication on the day when google maps took us to the wrong location. Also the interactive map on booking.com didn’t work, it only showed the approximate location
