From the moment I stepped foot into Citrus Patong, I was welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The staff are all excellent to name a few who i got to see more often Sabye and Fah. The rooms at Citrus Patong are excellent.The beds, adorned with soft, fluffy pillows, ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a serene retreat, The Hotel is the perfect choice. Creating an unforgettable experience that will leave you rejuvenated and inspired.

Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful. The free shuttle ferry to Saphan Taksin is great. The same tout trying to persuade people to go to some rubbish tailors was there again and he said he'd seen us at Chatrium. We ignored him. But I've mentioned this in the past to the hotel and there is now a notice warning guests about these touts. What this shows to me is that the hotel management listen to guests and act on issues the guests raise and this impressed me a lot.

It's not Chatrium's fault but the taxi driver from Don Meung didn't know the way to the hotel and was on the phone while driving, to get directions. This was in spite of the person at the taxi rank in the airport telling him that we needed to go to Chatrium riverside. Maybe an e-mail or letter to the taxi rank there with a map attached to it would prevent this problem happening to other people. The person doing the processing of the customers could show the taxi driver this map.

The property offered an excellent value for money. Its location can not be better - 10 minutes walk to the National Theatre, Old Siam Plaza and the Sam Yot metro station. 15/20 minutes walk to The Grand palace, Thai National museum and Wat Pho. 20 minute walk to Khao San.

The property was located on a narrow back alley with a sewer flowing nearby. My first impression was horrible but as I started enjoying its vicinity to the Bangkok’s main attractions I loved it.

Great little room, comfortable and cute. The roof top pool and bar is a great spot and being on Khaosan Road, right in the middle of it all. Don't have to go far to find something to do.

It was noisy, above two nightclubs, but that comes with picking that spot.

Location was great if you are into night life. Quite even though close to busy street . Staff very helpful and polite . Room clean daily and replenished. Air conditioning was great.
