The room was absolutely stunning. Huge by New York standards. The most comfortable super king bed, softest sheets, fluffy pillows that I had to look and see the make of to get some at home! Our room had a balcony and was right by the Hotel Chelsea sign. The hotel staff were so kind and generous. We got an upgraded room and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast the next day was gorgeous - tons of smoked salmon on Herby cream cheese and sourdough. Eaten in a lovely setting too. We just couldn't believe how lovely and characterful everything was and it was such a privilege to stay in a hotel with so much history. This is not a normal hotel, it's exceptional and unique.

The kitchen was the best part. Next is the lavender body wash. I purchased the brand of body wash because of my stay. I also enjoyed the hand soap. It’s truly the little things that made it so great.

We asked if they had a room with 2 beds instead of 1 king that we booked, and we got upgraded to a stunning room on top floor with beautiful birds eye view on NYC. It was honestly a highlight of our trip, we absolutely loved it. Room was clean, quiet during the night, everything worked perfect. Breakfast was quite good all things considered. Staff were always helpful and polite. Denise from the cleaning staff overheard us talk about our sightseeing plans during breakfast and offered us some wonderful recommendations which was super nice. I saw a lot of people complaining about elevators in reviews on here, but it was honestly not that bad at all. We never waited more than a 1-2 minutes for one, despite the hotel being quite packed.

High floor room really worth the place. High quality room and services provided. Location is simply fantastic, access to terrace and view from bedroom and living room simply amazing. i will definitely come back!

The hotel is wonderful. Not a big hotel. The room is relatively comfortable. With a small cabinet on one side and a hanging cabinet on the other. The bathroom is spacious. Very clean and quiet. The staff is exceptional. Every question was always answered with a smile. There is a coffee and pastry option at the reception and also a nice rooftop bar. recommended

Big room and bathroom beautiful cozy lobby decoration , Reception staffs excellent service especially Emad and the lady at the lobby bar . We are really love this hotel and will be back again for sure :)
