Their drivers were so much better than taking a yellow cab and it was the same price.

Easy check in. Small but nice rooms. Internet worked good. Exceptional roof top bar at level 27! Nice staff, always helpful. Check out easy, we left the luggage until the afternoon, no problems. We did not take breakfast, neither did we test the restaurant in the hotel, but there is one on ground floor. Good value for your money in the middle of NYC.

Great amenities for a Manhattan hotel, 24-hr hot beverages in the lobby, a good breakfast, really nice staff who serve with a smile. It was a great stay and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We arrived at the hotel around 9am and we asked for an early check in because we were all tired from the overnight flight. The person on the front desk (so sorry I forgot his name either though he told me) we so kind and allowed us to check into the room early. We were so thankful for this kind gesture and we understand it’s not always easy to accomodate early check ins
