House is located at very good place. We enjoyed the view and beach just across the road. Place was clean well stocked, extra sofa bed was a good addition. Brand new house in a new housing development at the very quiet and peaceful Emu Bay. Beautifully decorated house with comfortable furniture and large kitchen, dinning area and living room, overlooks the ocean in the distance. Emu Bay is also very closed to Kingscote, which is the most populated town on Kangaroo Island. The house is a nice based for exploring the entire island.
